Grace was factory built to a custom order. She was built with all of the options available at the time. From her photos, note the excessive size of all the optional stainless steel fittings. The bow pulpit was designed to pull the anchors through the roller at the angle of the cap rail. This leads the anchor chain and rode directly to the anchor windlass. To the aft of the boat is the custom stern pulpit. Incorporated into the pulpit is an anchor roller and large spool for deploying an anchor or drogue. On deck, four teak storage boxes have been designed for all the odds and ends needed quickly. Conveniently located within easy reach. The yawl rig is very rare with the factory built boats. The main mast is the optional tall rig. The yawl configuration, combined with the cutter rig head sails make for many options in all conditions. She has a twin head stay system. The sail inventory is in good condition. The main is excellent with two reefs. The original main is also on board. The head sails include 150, 100, yankee, staysail and stormsail. And of course, the mizzen. The boat is powered by a Perkins 4-236 85HP diesel. She is supplied by 3 new fuel tanks, with a storage capacity of about 200 gallons. Plenty of running time. The engine room houses an Onan 7.5KW generator that will more than light the boat, charge her and keep the onboard microwave running. Included are: Propane stove-oven, Propane tanks with solenoid, water heater, pressure water, Commercial reefer & freezer (AC & DC). Radar, Raytheon Chart Plotter, 2 VHF radios.
