Vessel Walkthrough
The salon is entered through two electric sliding doors from the aft deck. It features high-gloss woods and silk fabrics, an overstuffed freestanding L-shaped sofa which seats 4-6 people, 2 chairs and a fully equipped bar with 4 high chairs. The bar countertop is granite and includes an ice maker, refrigerator, glass storage and an area for liquor storage. A circular staircase forward of the bar leads to the lower deck. The entertainment center in the salon includes a 36" Plasma TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi VCR, CD player, AM/FM Linn stereo tuner and ample storage for videos and CD's.Forward to port is the dining area which has a circular dining table with eight freestanding chairs, marble floor and has a built in storage area for china and cutlery. The interior woodwork is Cherry with Maple Burl accents done by Elegance and Wood. The galley is forward portside for easy and unobtrusive crew service to the dining area and salon. The galley features granite countertops and backsplash along with granite flooring, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and oven, microwave/convention oven, waste disposal, Hansgrohe single-lever faucet, full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and chilled water dispenser, dishwasher and trash compactor. The on-deck dayhead has a beautiful gold sink and marble countertops. Accommodations
Calypso is a 101 classic, raised-pilothouse Feadship long range cruising yacht that was built to exacting standards and maintained by an experienced owner and crew. Calypso features a high gloss varnished teak interior, with maple used in the staterooms, and marble and granite in the baths. The yacht has full walk-around decks, a large aft deck with access to the cockpit and platform, and a very large flybridge with plenty of seating in the sun or under the aft large Bimini. The warm but spacious salon offers excellent visibility through windows that span the length of the room. The large, formal dining room that comfortably seats 8 also offers a panoramic view of the sea. Three spacious staterooms, each with private ensuite head and shower, provide luxurious accommodations for six. Crews quarters for four, forward in the yacht, include a separate captains cabin.
Salon
The spacious salon is flooded with natural light through windows that extend the length of the room and solid-panel, accordion glass French doors that lead to the aft deck. High-gloss teak custom cabinetry below the windows provides a custom TV cabinet, dry bar with refrigerator, and beautiful storage credenzas. Teak beams set off by soft white panels highlight the ceiling of the warm and elegant room, which is perfectly synchronized with the decor in naturals and whites.
Dining Salon
Located forward on the main level, the formal dining salon is separated from the salon by the galley and offers a bright, panoramic view. Teak cabinetry, low on all four bulkheads, incorporates a formal buffet and copious storage including a substantial wine locker. The area also is very suitable for a boardroom.
Galley
The galley, located just aft of and on the same level as the dining salon, is located forward and down three steps from the pilothouse. It is furnished with all-stainless, commercial grade equipment and a full pantry. Master Stateroom

Bulkheads are fashioned of high-gloss maple with teak trim and his/hers hanging lockers are fully cedar-lined.
Guest Staterooms
Located just aft of the owners stateroom, port and starboard, are corresponding guest staterooms fitted with beautiful bulkheads of maple with teak trim, twin beds, and cedar-lined hanging lockers. Each stateroom is completed with an ensuite head and shower furnished with marble counters and floor and abundant mirroring, creating a spacious feel. Each stateroom has generous closets and drawer space, separate air conditioning controls, and indirect lighting.
Crew Quarters
The crews quarters, forward below, are completely separate and offer accommodations for four (one double, two single berths), a captains cabin, one full bath, a lounge with large built-in dinette and entertainment center, and ample storage. Appliances included a Miele washer/dryer and a huge deep freeze for extended cruising and counters are of Corian.
Pilothouse
The pilothouse, finished in high-gloss teak, is complete with full instrumentation and offers an excellent view. The custom electronics pod just over the helm station includes a stainless and mahogany destroyer wheel. "Quality Time III" has the standard 39'Sea Ray Motor Yachtlay out, accommodating four in two staterooms. The masterstateroomis aft with ensuite head, stall shower, walk around queen centerline berth against thestern. The forward stateroom has cross over berths, head with stall shower & access to salon & galley. The galley is down to starboard with granite counter tops, excellent storage, overhead skylight, teak flooring and cherry cabinets. Up three steps (over the engine room & it's access) is the salon which features built in curved dark beige "Ultra Leather" settees port & starboard. This boat may have too much gear for the bay but if you are thinking of cruising this is a must see opportunity.

This boat has been outfitted for offshore and coastal cruising. The prior owners added many upgrades and sailed the boat to South America and back to San Francisco. I purchased the boat and added additional safety and comfort upgrades and have sailed the boat between Mexico and San Francisco over the last few years. The boat is now for sale again and it is 100 percent ready to sail again without needing anything additional.

The boat is the standard layout a long with some interior modification for extra storage and function

A removable shelf in the aft state room over the berth that can hold guest luggage or sails.

All of the doors have springs installed to hold the securely open.

All cabinets have pins or stop to hold them secure while underway.

Frig/freezer doors have gas shocks to hold the lids open.

Access cut into floor panels in Pullman berth floor for storage and inspection.

Anchor locker modified to allow chain drop into the hull.

Sump installed in this locker area to allow for flushing the chain with fresh water and pumping the water out.

There are ceiling hand holds in the heads, galley, companion way, salon and each cabin.

Drawers removed from under the Pullman for spinnaker storage.

Teak installed on the counter tops to hold baskets





The standing and running rigging is 2002 or newer. The boat has a staysail rig with running backs, a 75 yankee, a 130 head sail, spinnaker with sock and tacker and a double reef main with two full and two half batons. There are two head sail, staysail, spinnaker and main halyards. Other gear includes; lazy jacks and a mast mounted whisker pole. All lines lead aft, (1st and 2nd reef, main, jib, jib, staysail halyards, traveler, cunningham, boom vang and boom brake).

The cockpit has a full enclosure along with full sunscreen net enclosure. Also complete sun cover and side netting to cover the boat when in hot climates.

Electronics include; Raymarine auto pilot, Raytheon radar, wind speed depth, SSB, Pactor 11, standard horizon radios, co detector, sony stereo, hand held VHF, small appliance inverter, standard horizon GPS, hand held GPS, and night vision monocular. I have also installed a custom built in DC volt powered computer that runs Coastal Explorer GPS with AIS. The unit with a 23 Samsung LED and the stereo use less than 5 amps @12volts. There are two repeaters, one helm and one nav station. You can choose which GPS to send info to either repeater. Two sets of Electronic charts for US to South America. Also Paper charts of the US west coast, Mexico and some pacific.

The boat has 6 six volt house bank, group 27 for starting and a 4d for the Windlass.



All hoses for water and holding were replaced. Aft shower, forward shower and anchor locker sumps are new. Refrigeration and freezer units are new cool blue cold plate units.
